Meet Aubrey

Aubrey Van Houtven is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and registered clinical supervisor. She earned her master's and bachelor's degrees in Social Work from Texas Tech University and was born and raised in West Texas.

 

The majority of Aubrey's clinical training was with veteran and military populations. Her sub-specialty includes military sexual trauma (MST) where she presented on this topic at the 2024 National Sexual Assault Conference in Washington, DC. 

 

Aubrey also specializes in treating first responders and is trained in modalities like Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and the Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP). 

 

Aubrey has also treated anxiety disorders and grief with children ages 9-12 and is trained to complete psychological evaluations for legal cases.

Aubrey offers both virtual and in person appointments. She is in network with BCBS, Cigna, and Aetna, with Triwest, CCN, and UHC coming soon.
