Meet Jessica

Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner

Jessica provides comprehensive psychiatric care for adults (18+) through a whole-person, integrative approach that bridges evidence-based medicine with nervous system–informed and energy-aware healing. Her work is shaped by both extensive clinical training and lived experience, allowing her to meet people with depth, presence, and compassion during times of change, uncertainty, and healing.

She offers comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, diagnostic clarification, medication management, and ADHD assessment and treatment, with particular attention to complex presentations where anxiety, depression, trauma, and ADHD often overlap. Her care is trauma- informed, collaborative, and educational, emphasizing shared decision-making, outcomes-based monitoring, and respect for each individual’s pace, values, and goals.

Jessica practices integrative psychiatry informed by an understanding of the nervous system and the mind–body connection. Her approach incorporates lifestyle psychiatry principles such as sleep, nutrition, movement, stress regulation, and routine stabilization, alongside mindfulness- based practices, somatic interventions, and CBT- and DBT-informed coping skills to support
emotional regulation and resilience.

She is trained as a Reiki Master, a certified practitioner in Energy Psychology, and a psychedelic- integrative therapist. When clinically appropriate and desired, Jessica offers optional supportive services such as Reiki, ritual-based wellness practices, and psychedelic preparation and integration support, including ketamine-informed care. These services are provided within
ethical, legal, and medically grounded frameworks, with a focus on integration, meaning- making, and long-term mental health rather than peak experiences alone.

Jessica collaborates closely with therapists, primary care providers, and holistic practitioners to deliver culturally sensitive, strengths-based psychiatric care centered on identity, meaning, and sustainable healing. Her intention is to create a welcoming, grounded space where individuals feel seen, supported, and empowered in their mental health journey.

Jessica is in network with Aetna, BCBS, United, and Cigna.
