Hope starts small.
Healing helps it rise.

Psychiatric nurse practitioner led care for children, adolescents, and adults across Arizona, offering thoughtful, evidence-based support for lasting healing.

Care that is steady, thoughtful, and human.

At Wild Ember Psychiatry & Therapy, we believe meaningful mental health care begins with listening. We offer psychiatric and therapeutic services designed to support the whole person — emotionally, physically, and relationally — with care that is paced, intentional, and responsive over time.

Our approach prioritizes trust, collaboration, and care that evolves as life changes.

Why Wild Ember

An ember is what remains after the fire has burned: a quiet source of warmth and continuity. It carries what came before and holds the possibility of what comes next.

At Wild Ember, we see healing in the same way: steady, resilient, and built over time.

Who We Support

We work with individuals and families seeking care that is collaborative, grounded, and respectful, including:

  • Children and adolescents

  • Specialty-informed support for children impacted by PANS/PANDAS including collaboration with one of Arizona's PANS/PANDAS specialist when appropriate

  • Adults navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, burnout, and life transitions

  • Families seeking coordinated, thoughtful care

  • Veterans and members of the law enforcement community, recognizing the unique stressors, exposures, and transitions that accompany service

  • Individuals looking for care that honors complexity without rushing solutions

Our Approach

Healing is not about erasing what has been — it is about learning how to move forward with care and intention. At Wild Ember, treatment is paced, collaborative, and responsive to the individual rather than driven by timelines or pressure.

Our approach emphasizes:

  • Conservative, thoughtful treatment planning

  • Collaboration with therapists, families, schools, and other providers when appropriate

  • Nervous system–informed care

  • Respect for lived experience, values, and personal goals

Care is designed to evolve over time, adjusting as needs change.

Care for veterans and law enforcement is approached with respect for lived experience, attention to nervous system regulation, and an understanding of how service-related stress can show up over time.
