
Meet Brad
Brad DeVar, LAC, is a Licensed Associate Counselor and Certified School Psychologist who brings a steady, real-world approach to his work with clients. With experience supporting youth, families, and first responders, Brad integrates mental health, education, and public safety into his care, helping clients navigate challenges with clarity and practical direction.
As a former law enforcement officer, Brad understands the unique stressors that come with high-pressure environments, trauma exposure, and the demands of service-based roles. He creates a space that is direct, supportive, and focused on helping clients build resilience, improve functioning, and move forward with intention.
Brad provides virtual therapy for kids and adults, with a focus on emotional regulation, behavioral patterns, and life transitions. He also offers independent educational evaluations, helping families better understand learning, behavioral, and social-emotional needs to guide meaningful, data-driven support.
In network with Cigna, Aetna, and BCBS. Currently provides virtual only services for kids and adults.
Brad receives clinical and billing supervision from Ashleigh McDonnell, PMHNP-BC, who is an Arizona Board–approved independently licensed supervisor, in accordance with regulatory and payer requirements.
