Marc McDonnell
Co-Owner | United States Marine Corps Veteran
Marc is part owner of Wild Ember Psychiatry & Therapy, supporting the practice through operations, logistics, and community engagement.
He is a USMC veteran, service-connected disabled veteran, and former law enforcement officer, bringing lived experience that informs the practice’s commitment to serving veterans, first responders, and their families.
Michelle Householder, BSN, RN
Clinical Operations Manager
Michelle is a registered nurse and brings a wealth of experience supporting children, adolescents, and families. She has extensive education and training in Autism Spectrum Disorder, Attention-Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, and parent support strategies. Michelle is passionate about helping families better understand their child’s unique needs while providing practical tools, education, and guidance to promote success at home, school, and in everyday life.

Cristine is truly the voice of the practice and runs much of our operations from the Philippines! She is the queen of the phones, taking care of our clients with responsiveness, warmth, and attention to detail, while supporting administrative coordination, scheduling, and behind-the-scenes operations. She helps ensure communication and systems run seamlessly so our clinicians can remain focused on providing patient-centered care.
