Functional Psychiatry

Mental health is influenced by more than thoughts and emotions. Our functional psychiatry approach explores contributing factors including hormonal health, nutrition, sleep, inflammation, and lifestyle- integrated with traditional psychiatric treatment when appropriate.

Equine-Assisted Services

Our equine-assisted services help individuals build confidence, emotional awareness, communication skills, and resilience in a unique outdoor environment. No riding experience required.

Therapy Services

Our therapists provide individualized, evidence-based care for children, adolescents, adults, and families- helping clients process difficult experiences, build coping skills, strengthen relationships, and move toward lasting emotional wellness.

ADHD Evaluations

We offer comprehensive ADHD assessments for children and adults that provide clarity and confidence in diagnosis and treatment planning.

QbCheck objective testing when appropriate
Personalized treatment recommendations

Insurance & Fees

We accept most major insurance plans including BCBS, Aetna, Cigna, United Healthcare, TRICARE, CHAMPVA, and VA Community Care. We also accept Workers' Compensation and self-pay.
