Licensed Professional Counselor
Justin serves as the Lead Therapist for Wild Ember. He is a Licensed Professional Counselor who provides psychotherapy for adults. His work is grounded in creating a safe, steady therapeutic space where individuals can explore their experiences honestly and without judgment. He approaches therapy with warmth, directness, and respect for each person’s pace and process.
Justin has experience working with anxiety, depression, trauma, emotional regulation, and life transitions. He incorporates Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) as part of his work when clinically appropriate, helping individuals process distressing experiences and reduce the emotional impact of past events. His therapeutic style is collaborative and engaging, with an emphasis on helping clients build insight, resilience, and practical tools for change.
Justin values therapy that is thoughtful and intentional rather than rushed. He believes meaningful progress happens through consistency, trust, and a strong therapeutic relationship, and he works closely with clients to develop goals that feel realistic, relevant, and aligned with their values.
