

Meet Carly
Carly brings extensive experience working with children, teens, and families, particularly youth with significant emotional, behavioral, development, and mental health needs.
She has a trauma-informed background, including work with domestic violence exposure, sexually exploited youth, and acute mental health crises.
She specializes in supporting neurodivergent youth, including children and teens with autism and ADHD diagnoses.
Her practice is grounded in strength-based, client-centered, and CBT-informed approaches, with a strong emphasis on coping skills, emotional regulation, and stabilization.

​Carly is an associate licensed therapist under the clinical supervision of an Arizona Board of Behavioral Health licensed clinical supervisors. She also receives clinical supervision and directly reports to Ashleigh.
