Resources
Mental health doesn’t come with a manual, but having the right resources can make the path forward clearer.
At Wild Ember Psychiatry & Therapy, we believe that education is an important part of healing. Whether you’re navigating ADHD, autism, anxiety, depression, trauma, parenting challenges, hormonal changes, or simply trying to better understand yourself or your child, having access to reliable information can make the journey feel less overwhelming.
This resource center was created to provide practical tools, educational materials, recommended books, handouts, community resources, and evidence-informed guidance to support the work happening both inside and outside of appointments.
Our goal is not simply to manage symptoms, but to help individuals and families better understand the factors that influence mental health, build confidence in their decisions, and develop skills that support long-term wellness.
We invite you to explore the resources below and return often as new materials are added.
