Thoughtful, Integrated Care.
Collaborative Healing.

Psychiatry and therapy designed to support you—
individually and together.

A more connected approach to mental health care.

At Wild Ember Psychiatry & Therapy, we believe meaningful mental health care begins with listening. We offer psychiatric and therapeutic services designed to support the whole person: emotionally, physically, and relationally with care that is paced, intentional, and responsive over time.

Our approach prioritizes trust, collaboration, and care that evolves as life changes.

Why Wild Ember

An ember is what remains after the fire has burned: a quiet source of warmth and continuity. It carries what came before and holds the possibility of what comes next. At Wild Ember, we see healing in the same way: steady, resilient, and built over time.

Our Services

Equine-Assisted Therapy

Experiential, body-based therapeutic work offered through community partnerships to support regulation, connection, and healing beyond words.

Care that honors complexity—without rushing solutions

  • We provide care for children, adolescents, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, burnout, and life transitions

  • We work with families seeking coordinated, thoughtful care

  • We stand beside veterans and members of the law enforcement community, with deep respect for the unique stressors and transitions of service

  • We offer specialty-informed support for children impacted by PANS/PANDAS, with collaborative care alongside Arizona-based specialists when appropriate

Our Approach

Healing is not about erasing what has been—it is about learning how to move forward with care and intention. At Wild Ember, treatment is paced, collaborative, and responsive to the individual- never driven by timelines or pressure.

Our approach emphasizes:

  • Conservative, thoughtful treatment planning

  • Collaboration with therapists, families, schools, and other providers when appropriate

  • Nervous system–informed care

  • Respect for lived experience, values, and personal goals

Care is designed to evolve over time, adjusting as needs change.

Care for veterans and members of the law enforcement community is grounded in respect for lived experience, with attention to nervous system regulation and an understanding of how service-related stress can emerge and persist over time.
