Appointment Information
This appointment is for established clients receiving ongoing psychiatric care. During your follow-up, your provider will review current symptoms, medication effectiveness and side effects, treatment progress, and any changes since your last visit. Medications and the treatment plan may be adjusted as clinically appropriate.
Cancellation Policy
48-Hour Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy To ensure appointment availability for all clients, we require at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or requests to reschedule. Appointments that are canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice, as well as missed appointments (no-shows), will be charged $100 fee as outlined in our financial policies. Providing advance notice allows us to offer the appointment time to another client who may be waiting for care. If an unexpected emergency prevents you from attending your appointment, please contact our office as soon as possible so we can review your situation. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us provide timely access to care for all of our clients.
