Appointment Information
This comprehensive initial appointment is designed to better understand your current concerns, symptoms, medical and mental health history, medications, and treatment goals. Your provider will complete a psychiatric assessment, discuss diagnostic considerations, and work with you to develop an individualized treatment plan. Treatment recommendations may include medication management, therapy, lifestyle or supportive interventions, additional testing, or referrals when appropriate. Please note: Scheduling an evaluation does not guarantee that a specific diagnosis will be made or that a particular medication, including controlled medications, will be prescribed. All treatment decisions are based on your provider's clinical assessment and what is considered safe and appropriate for your individual needs.
Cancellation Policy
48-Hour Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy To ensure appointment availability for all clients, we require at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or requests to reschedule. Appointments that are canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice, as well as missed appointments (no-shows), will be charged $100 fee as outlined in our financial policies. Providing advance notice allows us to offer the appointment time to another client who may be waiting for care. If an unexpected emergency prevents you from attending your appointment, please contact our office as soon as possible so we can review your situation. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us provide timely access to care for all of our clients.
