New Client Psych Eval with Ashleigh

Appointment Information
Ashleigh is currently accepting new clients who are Law Enforcement, Veterans, individuals seeking care for PANS/PANDAS, Spravato, or those referred directly by another clinician. All other new clients are encouraged to schedule with Trent, Ned, or Kwesi at this time. Please note that appointments scheduled with Ashleigh that do not meet the current scheduling criteria will be reassigned to another appropriate clinician within the practice. A comprehensive initial evaluation for new clients seeking psychiatric care. Your provider will review your current concerns, symptoms, medical and psychiatric history, medications, family history, and relevant life factors to develop a personalized treatment plan. Recommendations may include medication management, therapy, additional testing or evaluation, and other treatment options based on your individual needs.
Cancellation Policy
48-Hour Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy To ensure appointment availability for all clients, we require at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or requests to reschedule. Appointments that are canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice, as well as missed appointments (no-shows), will be charged $100 fee as outlined in our financial policies. Providing advance notice allows us to offer the appointment time to another client who may be waiting for care. If an unexpected emergency prevents you from attending your appointment, please contact our office as soon as possible so we can review your situation. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us provide timely access to care for all of our clients.
